Xbox Series X Bundle - no game pass, no £140 voucher

Hello,

I ordered the Xbox series X bundle with a 24 month game pass ultimate, and a £140 GameCard voucher.

Neither of these arrived in the box, I have had no email, or no text messages relating to accessing my voucher codes. There is no instructions anywhere on the EE website telling you how to redeem these.

After being on the phone for 50 minutes to customer service, they still couldn’t resolve the issue and I was given an email address to contact, which my email does not deliver to as it looks to be an internal EE email only.

I’m tempted to return the Xbox even though it’s out of its packaging, as my last hope was that it was pre-installed on the console, obviously not.

Anyone help me with this issue?

So, quick update, called this morning regarding the GamePass, I had to remove the TNT Sport add-on to access this, bit annoying only been able to run one add-on at a time, not particularly beneficial to the customer, especially as I paid a little extra to use it on other devices.

This may be everyone's issue if you have another add-on enable.

 

Had a bit of a runaround, staff were helpful though.

 

I have finally got my gamecard 2 days ago. Almost a month later, my games
pass came through about a week after my broadband got connected. So keep an
eye out, (that was about 3 week after purchase)

Lucky you I got the gift card not activated it as I never received the Xbox 3 weeks later joke of a company.

So I also ordered the bundle , no code or email with voucher or game pass, spent about 3 hours on chat with EE and after finally explaining to someone what I needed after being passed round different agents , then having the chat closed on me numerous time.

I was sent a text with a link that I had to go to on using mobile data and via edge browser only which activated a 1 month Xbox game pass ( EE customer service told me that this would automatically renew each month when I queried it)

Still no voucher code, was told to wait 14 days after my order which was up yesterday , i also have emailed the BHgaming address and also don't think it was delivered as it went to my trash items not sent.

i am getting on to EE chat today and will update
