I can't find my invoice number and I need it to claim my earbuds i have my delivery note but nothing is on there

I'm having the same issue. Pre order confirmation email says order number but delivery note says customer order. Both numbers are different and both have word order in so again unclear. Don't want to put the wrong number in as it can take Samsung 7 days to get back to you so if you put the wrong number in they might say we're too late to claim. EE customer service on phones are absolutely useless. Just want the invoice number. Why are EE making this so hard? Very frustrating.

You should see an order number on your delivery note or confirmation email that you can share with Samsung.
