Pending Payment issue

Hello all

I placed an order online and for some reason the order didn't complete but I still paid out £150 upfront for the device. I went instore to try and complete the order and for whatever reason they ended up setting up a new order and cancelling the first. I received an email saying that I would be issued a refund. The £150 is showing in my bank account as "pending" does anyone know how long it should take for the pending balance to return to my account? It has been 48 hours now and card refunds usually return to my card next day or on the rare occasion 48 later. I'm aware that the funds haven't been taken and have just been allocated should EE call for them. Just need to know how long I should expect to wait for them to be released back to me.

Was our store team able to successfully set up your new contract?

As the payment is not with EE, I would recommend speaking with your bank to ask when the funds will be released back into your balance.
