Xbox Series X Bundle - No Gamepass Code

I had my Xbox Series X bundle delivered in June and the terms state i will receive a text message with a code or link to activate it within 14 days of ordering. This has not happened and still hasn't and now we're in October.

I've only now noticed because my current Gamepass is due to expire which I have part of my BT WiFi bundle.

I have tried to get through by calling 150 which no one answers after being on hold for over an hour and live chat agents either tell me they can't sort the problem and to ring 150 or tell me to visit ee.co.uk/xbox to add a bundle which if I do that only offers me a 1 month service of Gamepass instead of the 24 month that is in the description and terms of the contract. 

Now I want this sorted because paying £31 a month without the full package isn't acceptable and other people I can see are in the same boat.

 

Any help would be very much appreciated.

The game pass shows as a 1 month subscription, but rolls on for 24 months.

Ahh that should be explained more better. I got off live chat for the 5th time and the operator gave me a code for 12 months of Xbox Gamepass and told me in 12 months to come back and request the other 12.

I agree, I'll feed that back, @MarkD1990.

I'd suggest trying the ee.co.uk/xbox page first, since that will give you 24 months.
