At the back end of June I added a Xbox Series S to my plan. It was supposed to come with 2 years of game pass but I've not received a text or email with any sort of code, and it didn't come with the Xbox itself. Can someone help me?

Welcome to the EE Community 🙂
With the Xbox Series S add to plan bundle, you should be able to activate your Game pass by going to ee.co.uk/xbox and enter the number which the Xbox bundle was added to and follow the steps to confirm a PIN and login to your Microsoft account to link it.
It should work fine but if you encounter any issues on the link at the PIN stage, the first thing to try is disable the Wi-Fi and use your data connection, and second to try a different browser. If it is still not working at that point you would need to reach out to one of our guides on 150 as they will need to check the Game pass is showing as available to activate on your number.
