Still not received ee game card

Ordered an Xbox series X recently with game pass and £70 game card console has arrived fine but no game card and activating game pass has also told me it’s going to charge me £12 a month so it’s not included? I also rang customer support who logged a call regarding the game card and still not had it even with the escalation overall not satisfied with how this bundle has been handled overall 😩

I'm glad to hear that you've managed to get in touch with our team to query this; for Game Card queries this will usually be logged with our partner that are supplying the voucher codes and they'll follow up with you.

When was it that you purchased your Xbox originally, and when was this raised to our team?

Order was placed on the 27th October received the Xbox on 6th i believe so I rang on the 7th in regards to card if my recollection is correct.
