DPD DRIVER DID NOT ATTEMPT DELIVERY SO WE DON'T KNOW WHERE THE UPGRADE PHONE IS

Hello .
The courier didn't leave my phone and has returned it back to EE. He didn't even attempt to leave it as we asked if there was a parcel for us when he delivered to the same reception office
Can't get any joy from DPD
Please can you advise

Hi @partykid06 I'm sorry to hear that the DPD delivery driver missed you, I can imagine you're excited to get your hands on your new phone.
DPD would usually need a code from yourself so that they can issue the parcel, if they aren't able to take the code, they'd not be able to hand over the phone.
