Wrong phone changed my mind?

Hi

I was in the EE shop yesterday and had 2 choices. I went with the iPhone 16 Pro Max on flex pay because I had to think quickly.

I think I made the wrong choice and wished I had chosen the Pixel Pro XL.

Is it too late to take it back and to swap these phones ?

@jamesward  You don’t get a cooling of period with store sales as the product is right there for you to look at.   But there is no harm in trying but it’s the managers decision if they are prepared to accept the request.
