Ordered an accessory on Apple Watch account and can't get PIN number

I ordered an accessory on my standalone apple watch account but they sent the PIN to the phone number attached to that account and now I can't receive the item as that number is not used for anything and I have no sim card for it. I was hoping they would email the PIN but I haven't received anything. Is there anyway to get the PIN redirected to my email address instead or an alternative number?

Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot order an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.

@XRaySpeX I guess as @pangborn76 more likely meant, that he is unable to receive PIN (required for DPD delivery) because EE system obviously sending this to a SIM card, which is connected to these watches.
There were a few instances mentioned here on the Community forum, as people have similar issues.

Thanks for coming to the community.
Can you try and download the DPD app and create an account with the same email address that you use for the EE account.
The DPD app should show the order and delivery from EE and the PIN for you 🙂

I have just upgraded my watch and the DPD driver couldn’t deliver because PIN went to my watch number not my mobile. How can I fix this? I thought my email would have been used but seems not

See the advice from @Leanne_T above,
Download the DPD App and create an account using the same email address that you would have on your EE Account/the same email address you received order confirmation to.
Whenever you have a delivery from EE, you would then be able to find the PIN here.
Depending on how you ordered, either the Guide you were speaking to didn't notice the different number on the order, or if using the App/Website before you confirm the order the Personal Details section should show the mobile number that the PIN is getting sent to and lets you update this before submitting the order.

I did this yesterday. Lady promised to email me the PIN no after DPD were turned away. I'm still waiting. Now I'm told the item being returned to EE and I'm being refunded.
Issue stems from the phone number used being totally incorrect.

With PINs this isn't usually something out team are able to see at our end, but our team are able to amend the contact details usually.
We don't have access to track your order and view its status at our end, but if you get in touch with one of our Customer Care Guides, they'll be able to say for sure what options are available.
