I have ordered 2 house phones, I put my house number in 51, but I've had an email with delivery address 5, the person at this address is not at home, what happens if they can't deliver them, it's stupid that you can't change the address, will I get a refund??

Have you contacted our customer care team to see if they can cancel your order OR update the delivery address?
If a delivery fails and is returned to EE, you will receive a refund for any upfront cost.

I have contacted the tech team and they have contacted DPD to return to sender, as the address couldn't be changed because I paid by PayPal, I will get a refund within 14 days, I have reordered the phones, thank you for your reply.
