Won't let me upgrade to iPhone 15

I've been logged on since 1pm and it's not letting me upgrade. It keeps saying it can't log me in even though I am logged in. Is anyone else having the same issue?

I submitted my order at 1:13PM, stupid to then ask us to call EE to confirm some details. I've been in the queue for nearly 2 hours now. This is quite poor, I'm not sure why you give customers the option to place orders online if we then have to call EE just to confirm stuff? Never had this problem with EE before when ordering online.

I ordered online somehow but it says to call them to check details? I got a confirmation email and order number so I should be ok?

I had exactly this issue and was told that the device is on a 14 day wait and still have to phone back later to have my ee perk code applied because the systems are fried.

It’s almost as if they weren’t aware it was launch day 🤣 They’ve seriously messed up compared to other providers.

Systems are still down but telephone agents now have a work around so can process orders, I completed mine with Stevie about 1/2hr ago and have had a 150 text confirmation, 

 

He also confirmed for anyone worrying that EE have 45% more stock than any other network with Apple, the phones cannot be moved/allocated to anywhere or anyone else as they have already been assigned to the EE network so even though the systems are down there is no issue with stock levels as they will only be allocated to EE customers.

Hi was this an anytime upgrade ? I've rang twice today to try and upgrade to be told anytime upgrades can't be done and that to ring back in 2 hours.

I did an addline but I believe the systems are starting to finally settle, it does take a long long time to process but if you wanna upgrade, it should work. Just call and wait unfortunately

im sorry but unfortunately mine wasn’t an anytime upgrade, my 24 month contract ended this month so was just a standard upgrade, but as above things are slowly getting back up and running so give it another try as they are going through all be it taking longer than normal 

Yep your correct, it’s definitely taking longer than normal but they are now processing the orders which is a positive in my books

Finally got mine ordered after an hour long call, guy was superb on the other end, system was slow but he persevered.
