I Hope Someone can Understand me Because the customer support didn't understand me, I created a new account on EE and i applied for iphone 15 pro, my application was accepted and my payment process completed. BUT due to some wrong address i didn't receive the parcel after many days when i spoke to EE customer Support they said your parcel is returned to the warehouse now i want to ask what shall i do...? Should i wait for my order to be canceled or should i place a new order now..?
But now i want to change address and phone number in my order, so what is better for me now..?
if i place a new order before the old order is canceled because it has not been recevied by me and has gone to the warehouse and i place a new order will i have to pay any money...?
