Why can't i track my phone order?

I ordered a new S23 ultra on the 8th and the tracking details emailed to me don't work?

@Stulee667   Is that a number that starts with  XKO or XKN ?   If it does that’s an order number not a tracking number,  you’ll get a tracking number once a device has been allocated to you.
