Upgrade phone delivery

Hi. 

I've just received my upgrade phone through dpd postal service and the package has been opened and also opened on the box seals. 

The box itself is damaged and also suppost to come with headphones and non have turned up????

Does the Sony phone come with a charging cable?? As non with the phone.  

I'm not happy about this at all I've been with ee since 2006 and every time comes to upgrade I get messed about. 

Please can a customer service from ee get intouch with me to sort this out thank you

Is the phone still sealed? is it just the packaging that looks as if it has been opened?

The headphones may be sent out after the 14 day cooling off period, but I would suggest speaking to customer service.
