Back order estimations?

Is there any way to check how long back orders for new phones can take? I've ordered a new iPhone 14 pro and my order just says "we cannot track this type of order yet"

DPD stole my phone

I ordered my upgrade it turned up today except I opened the package and it was a different phone, I contacted EE but now paying for a phone i didn't receive, will EE send me another one eventually

Just added Fitbit to plan

Hi,  I just added a Fitbit versa 3 to my plan but haven't received a confirmation email or text. I don't want to order it again incase it has processed.  Any advise?
