Switching to EE

I'm trying to switch to EE from sky but when I try to get the package I want it keeps saying I need to link a phone or join the EE community, ic already joined the community but it hasn't changed anything and how can I add an ee number when that's what I'm trying to get??

@Jtemplar2412 : Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? If not, logout of (or don't login to) your MyEE before going to the EE Shop to buy an EE mobile phone or SIM contract. It expects you to already have an EE mobile phone or SIM contract.
