Hey, 

iv just placed an order for iPhone 13 green. It’s took the upfront payment, confirmation email says completed and await a text but then says contact the team please??? Can’t seem to get in touch?? Will everything be okay?

@Neilmil  do you need to call customer services on 150 then select option two and then select the option that you think is most applicable.   Until you do call your order will not proceed. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
