Order number is not working .

I have received a confirmation email for my order . It says that it is being processed. They have gave a order number but when I go to track my order I’m unable to .

iPhone 14 pro max

Anyone received there pro max purple 256gb yet? I was informed 21 days now I’ve been told 28 I know ee can’t help the stock issues. But it’s really frustrating

iPhone hasn’t arrived

Ordered iPhone 14 pro max 14th september. Still hasn’t arrived, no update was due over a week ago…calling ee support is a nightmare and finding help on app is impossible. not great service.
