Want to place an order, both app and website state one day for delivery and an EE guide tells me 14 days

on the other end of the scale website says 14 days for delivery and guide states 7 days.

who do I believe?

I would personally base it on the least optimistic of the two to avoid disappointment.

Every variant of each device will have it's own independent stock level which will fluctuate as orders are placed. Even within a few minutes of last checking this could change.

These timelines more often than not slip as orders are placed, but can sometimes improve as more stock becomes available.

Hi @wizzywig27

Depends on what you're ordering, when and stock.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

what’s that got to do with it though? It could be a Samsung, an iPhone or a Motorola, I have been told different things by guides based on the website.

i am asking if I trust the website or the guide

Who marked that as the solution? That didn’t answer my question, that is a suggestion on what he would do.

although helpful, the apparent solution was just advising how any stock levels work online.

i asked who I believe, the EE guide or the website and he didn’t answer it’s so how is it a solution?

Who you would believe, is subjective. Only you can decide that, based on objective suggestions that have been offered.
