Hi all, I’ve ordered a new phone had the confirmation email but nothing else, delivery says 1-2 working days and it’s been a while now and haven’t even had anything about delivery. Any help would be appreciated as I’m not able to contact EE directly. Thank you

I know you'll be keen to get your hands on your new phone.
I'm not able to check the order from here, but I can have a look at the stock in general to see if there have been any delays.
Which phone did you order, including colour and storage size?
Was it part of a contract or did you purchase outright?
When was the order placed?

It’s the *iPhone 15 128GB Black and it was on a contract yes.*
