Where is my phone order ee tracking says it been processed but that’s it

We would have no idea, this is not customer service, but a public forum with no account access.

What phone, colour and storage size did you order?

If it is the new IPhone, it will depend when you ordered it, as there is a back order and devices are processed on a first come first serve basis. 

You will receive notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and Pin number you have to show the driver before getting your device.

Hi I ordered a I phone 17 pro Max orange 256 gig the order was on the 31st of October and on the tracking page it says it’s gone through all 3 stages up to ready for the DPD
