I ordered a new phone on 2nd October, got the confirmation email.
Tracking with order number not working on the website, and have sat for ages in the Q on the telephone.
Can someone please help

I can understand you'll want to know what is happening with your order.
Are you trying to use an order number that starts with xko or is it all numbers? (please don't post the order number here).
What model of phone did you order?
