Where is my order?

I placed an order for a ‘good as new phone’ a couple of days ago, have had an acknowledgment but nothing since.

i actually placed an order for this same phone a few weeks ago and immediately got a text message to say there was a problem and to contact EE. When I did, I was told that it wasn’t available.

Three weeks later and it is still being shown as available to order on the EE website, so I thought I’d try again. Acknowledgement and reference, but nothing further.  I don’t understand why it’s still on the website if it’s not available at all!

This is something that we'd need one of our guides to look into for you, and they'll be able to give you more information.

To speak to a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
