Tracking Orders

Hi there,

I am tracking my order made on the 3rd of May 2025 but I get this message "Oops! Your tracking timed out, Search again for the latest info on your order".

So confusing!

Thanks for coming to the community.

I know you'll be keen to find out what is happening with your order.

When you are trying to track it, are you using an order number starting XKO, EE or SO, or is it all numbers? (Please don't give the full order number here)

What had you ordered? If it was a phone, what model, colour and storage size was it?

Order number starts with XKO

The XKO number is just the web order, so you'd not be able to track it with that one. 

If you login to the EE app and select Manage, followed by orders, is anything shown there?

If not, I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call, and they can check the order on your account to get the latest update for you.
