Hey. I odered a Samsung S25 ultra 9 days ago, I had a confirmation email confirming my contract and phone would be dispatched within 2 working days. However I have not received any further communication from EE and the phone has still not been delivered. I've tried phoning customer support but that service doesn't even supply an option for finding out what's going on with my order. Any chance someone on here can? Thanks

I am sorry to hear you have not had any further communication since placing your order. Did you have a order number on your email confirmation?
As we do not have access to accounts here on the community we are unable to check on your order. However if you know the make and model of the device you have ordered i can check on stock levels to see what the expected wait time could be.
