Where is my order?

I ordered an upgrade, iphone 12, 64gb in blue, on the 28th August. It said it was in Stock.

As with others the tracking of the order does not work, and According to the EE website, phones that are in stocks are despatched within 24 hours.

I'm now on the third day of waiting to hear, with no idea what's going on and no one to speak with.

EE please sort this out, this isn't acceptable to be left in the dark on this, for me and everyone else.

This device is showing as expected despatch within 7 days. 

This time scale may have changed from when you ordered it. 

Once your order has been dispatched DPD will be in touch to arrange delivery.
