Hi!
i ordered for a new Home Broadband to be installed into my new flat on Tuesday. The gentleman on the phone told me I’d receive a confirmation email, and that someone will come out to install it for the 5th sept. My only issue is, I haven’t received an email. Nor any updates with this order. This is the first time I’ve ordered broadband, so I have no idea how long the email can take to come through. So I’m slightly worried incase no one shows up. Is there anything I can do in the meantime?

Key @Bethwishy alas no one on here has account access, so not able to see what you have ordered, but if you give the Broadband Care Team a call in the morning they should be able to update you on your order,
