I have recently ordered an XBOX Series S, and the I have had to create an account several times, despite already crating once purchased.
I have some questions I'd like to ask and your customer service number doesn't allow me the options to discuss my concerns.

What account are you referring to? Do you mean it's asking you to create a microsoft account?
