I ordered the new Google Pixel 9 Pro 256MB Rose Quartz a week ago, received an email to confirm my order but nothing else. When is it likely to be delivered please?
Thank you in advance.

@Jesikalou3 That’s going to depend on where you are in the queue for the model type you ordered and how many EE have of that type in stock and how many EE receive of that type. You’ll be notified once a device can be allocated to you as your next in the queue to receive that model type.

That's really frustrating as when they sent me a text to upgrade, it stated I'd get it on release day. Nothing comes up when I try to track it and I've had nothing to say when it will come at all. Thank you for replying.

EE are Currently "Expect despatch in more than 28 days.". It seems Google are shipping direct 9 Sept – 14 Sep, Currys are out of stock of ALL types and Amazon are not shipping until 16th September. Rumors are that the Delivery date has slipped back globally.

Oh really? That's incredibly annoying, my current phone is smashed and the battery life and charge hold has depleted massively over the last week or so, I was really hoping to get my new one asap 😒

@Jesikalou3 , if you can get hold of a phone from someone or get a cheap phone until you receive yours, that might be a solution. I always keep one just in case there is a problem as a reserve, worth thinking about it.
