hi, I ordered an iphone 15 pro max titanium 512G phone yesterday, money was taken, but it tells me to call but no one answers what I have to do to approve the order ok

It is likely the deposit was reserved by your bank but until you have spoken to EE and are accepted won't be debited. 

You'll need to keep trying the number.
