New order

I ordered a phone yesterday. Does anyone know when I’ll receive tracking information??

It’s a “ good as new phone” so just wondering if that affects delivery time.

I’m in desperate need of a phone, I received an order confirmation email but heard nothing since and saw that phones are usually sent out within 24hours

We send an email confirming your order has been processed. Please check your Junk/Spam folder for the email. 
You can also check your order number at out Track Your Order page to confirm and view updates. 

If the tracking page doesn't recognise your order number or give you a time-out error, your order may not have been completed yet. In which case please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through correctly.
