When will i receive my TV i ordered?

Hi, I ordered a TV on my account and I got a email confirmation stating its on the way but I can't even track it on my EE app. Also impossible to speak to anyone! It said it will be delivered in 1-3 working days and it stated it was in stock. Very frustrating

We have no idea here in the community, there is no account access. When did you order it?
You will receive notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window from DPD.
To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
