Waiting on iphone 17 tracking number doesn't work

Tracking doesn't work to find out how long it will be my old phone won't switch on.  Whats the best number to check the time frame and arrange the delivery time slot

Stock guidance while placing an order for iPhone 17 Pro Max Deep Blue on the 4th Jan was - 

256GB Expect despatch within 14 days
512GB Expect despatch within 14 days
1TB Expect despatch within 1-3 days
2TB Expect despatch in more than 28 days


You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.
However, If you're seeing a TimeOut error your order may not have been completed. Please give our Customer Service team a call from a different phonewhere a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through correctly. 
If the order couldn't be processed, the team can discuss what additional information we need to manually complete it for you.

@Laura_lee_C  Have you been sent a tracking number ? Or are you trying to track with an order number?  Until a device is allocated to you you can not track anything as nothing has been allocated to you.    You can create a DPD account and track the delivery there but only once a device has been allocated to you.   You’ll also be given a rough time slot of delivery 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

If you can let me know which version iPhone 17, also the colour and memory size you ordered, I can check the expected dispatch times. 
Please also let me know when you placed your order.

The expected deliveries vary quite a lot depending on size, but I can check them all.
