Upgraded but no confirmation!

Hi.  I upgraded last night from a SIM to a new contract Samsung phone and paid an upfront cost of £100.  When the order went through, it logged me out of my account.  I see the payment is pending and not sure whether the order has gone through or not.  I don't want to repeat this pattern and pay again!  I've received no confirmation of the order.  Any ideas?

Sorry to hear that happened. The fact the payment is showing as pending on your side is positive. We don't have access to your account here in the community so I can't 100% say that it's gone through.

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check the order for you.
