Hello,
I have bought a new EE package (£15 monthly) on the 29th August with a Pay as you go Sim card, and unfortunately I haven’t received any email confirmation/order number, or if I did, it went in Junk and the emails get deleted there periodically. So I don’t have my order number.
I am currently a Vodafone customer, looking to switch to EE, and I introduced on the form my PAC number, along with my current phone number for porting. I haven’t received any sim yet, and was wondering if you could please track my order and let me know what status is it in. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Welcome to the community.
Pay as you go SIM cards are sent through the postal service and aren't trackable. They usually arrive within 4 working days, so hopefully it's there soon.
