I had made an order I then had a text to say they need more information and they sent a link to the conversation line and I followed it and had no reply.

As you've received a follow-up message asking for more information, you'll need to give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can discuss the reasons why and what additional information we need to manually complete the order for you.
