Hi,
I placed a order online and received a email confirming the contract and device you also taken the device charge. I ordered it on the 20th and since then I've no tracking number or anything could you please help as I called your customer service and they said they can't see anything on the account.

If you've received a confirmation and an XKO reference, the order will have been logged.
Depending on the product that you've gone for, there may be a wait for the delivery.
