I’ve been with EE for 12 months now and the experience hasn’t been great. After needing hours on the phone and weeks of waiting to sort out my original order and delivery last year, I have today tried to upgrade my iPhone and Apple Watch. Put the orders through online, paid £1200 upgrade fees only to be told when I rang that the order for the watch hasn’t gone through although the money has gone from my card. I’m then told that the only way to do it is to cancel my existing contract and start a new one at a cost of £590 (the upgrade charge was £490). So I have to pay an extra £100 due to EE’s incompetence/shambolic online ordering system?
Does someone have a number/email for complaints please? As I think this is disgraceful.
