I recently made an order of Apple iPhone 16 pro with order number xko*********** with e-sim but I will like to upgrade my order to Apple iPhone 16 pro max with plastic sim.  Thanks

This is not the correct place to make this request. I recommend calling 150 and speaking with an agent.

You would likely need to cancel the order entirely and place a new upgrade request. The current lead time for an iPhone 16 Pro Max is over 28 days, and it could take anywhere from 28 days to more than 6 months to receive one.
