Hi I upgraded my phone via email and then signed my contract. I can see a change in information regarding my plan but there is nothing about when I should receive my phone. I’m quite concerned why I haven’t heard anything

@ChloeM89 You can not upgrade via email there is no option to do this. There’s live chat or you go to a store or you call customer support.

Hi well the person who phoned me and then emailed me specific offers that detailed selecting a new phone as part of my upgrade gave me that option. I will try and call tomorrow, my details of my plan have changed but I have no information regarding the actual handset
