Ee order says despatched on tracking but has no date of despatch for iPhone 16 pro max, I’ve also had no email to say it’s been despatched yet, so I’m confused

Hi @Maxxh I can imagine you're keen to get your new phone in your hand, It's an amazing phone you've gone for there.

You'll get a next from our couriers the day before your delivery, then another on the delivery date with a delivery window.

If your tracker is saying that it's dispatched, you should get the text soon.

If you'd like a more specific delivery update, you'd just need to call 150 from an EE phone and speak to one of our guides.

Hi Chris,

the tracker hasn’t given me a date of dispatch but the symbol on the diagram says it’s it has been despatched, it also says it’s being delivered to my home address but I ordered it to collect in store so I personally thing the tracker hasn’t given bugged, please find attached a screenshot of the page, I was hoping someone from we would be able to clarify what stage my order is actually at.

I'd not be able to give any specific details of your order or delivery with this being an online forum, but I do want to make sure that you get some clarity on the situation.

If you're already a customer with us, then you'd just need to dial 150 from your EE phone, or 07953 966 150 if this is your first line.

Hi Maxxh! Got the same issue. Have u tried to ring the customer service? On my EE app, it's shown that on my next bill, the estimated amount was higher than my usual billing charges. They added the monthly amount of the phone already even though I haven't received the device yet 🥴.

I rang we yesterday and told me that the tracker is bugged, the iPhones are on back order and could take upto 28days from order date

😲 So I guess I should expect the same as well. But you don't need to redo everything, do you? I mean to reapply for the phone? 

No not at all, they’ll just text you when it has actually been dispatched with accurate tracking info
