Hi , I ordered iPhone air 256GB sky blue on the 2/2/26 , it was an upgrade but it still hadn’t been despatched

Welcome to the community.

I would have expected you to have heard something by now if you ordered a month ago, as that model is showing as in stock.

I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call, and they can bring up your account to check the order status. If there has been a problem with the order, they can place it again.

Ok will do Thankyou 

Still no despatch email , difficult to actually speak to anybody , have escalated to a complaint as it’s been nearly 5 weeks now with  zero updates

You aren't likely to get the despatch email without speaking to the team. As the model you have chosen is in stock, it would have been sent out by now, which means there is likely something that has gone wrong with the order.

If you are calling our team, you will get option 1 to use our automated text menu, or option 2 to go through the options over the phone and get put through to someone.

If you have raised a complaint online, a member of our complaints team will be in touch, but this is currently around 7 days, so it may be quicker to call.
