Order dispatch

Hi, I placed my order on Saturday and the email said it would dispatch within 24 hours but it's Tuesday tomorrow and not heard anything, and I can't track the status because it says my session has timed out. Can anybody give me an update, thanks!

@Ashlcx  online it’s says it’s in stock so I would give customer support a call about this    Just a heads up it says usually dispatched in 1 day online and I’m sure the email you got also.   Usually doesn’t mean it will be dispatched in 24h.   But you really need to call customer support as I’m surprised you haven’t had tracking information on this.     

 Also download the DPD app create an account and you will get updates on when there is a delivery for you.   You’ll also get the 4 digit pin you need to give the driver.  EE don’t always send this 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
