Hi,
£30 upfront payment were taken from my account but no email confirmation. The screen just go blank after payment

Hi, was 1st hour this morning and after 3 hours I received a txt msg that my order was cancelled but no reason why .. do you know if the upfront payment will be refunded ? Or should I get in touch with EE ?
