When did you place the order?
If you cannot track the order online then I would suggest that you get in touch with the mobile care team online or by phone (150) who can chase it up for you.
DPD will text you before 11am on the day of delivery with your 1 hour time slot.

Once the order has been processed you will receive tracking details from DPD or a further email from us with details regarding the order.
If you would like to check the order has gone through and get an update please call us.

Hi, I too keep getting the same error message. I ordered my Upgrade yesterday morning, have an order number, but unable to track. No message or texts from EE or DPD on delivery. Have phoned 150 three times today, gave up twice after waiting over 30mins for someone to answer and again just now for over 40mins before loosing the will to live and hanging up. The site seems very buggy and slow at the moment and with the horrendous wait times I’m wondering if something is broken with the system and orders aren’t being taken correctly. Also checked with my bank and EE has taken my early upgrade payment twice, two transactions at the exact same time, however I can’t get through to anyone to help.

Welcome to the community.
It may just be being processed, but like you said, the double payment indicates there could be an issue. I recommend trying to speak to our Mobile Care team again today so they can check the order for you.
