Hi
Ordered a new phone, over the phone, a week ago and have not had any confirmation via email to be able to track my order. My old phone has broken completely and I have no phone until this one arrives. I was told up to 14 days but was really hoping it would be sooner. Less than 7 days to go ...Is there any way I can track my order with no access to my phone or order number/confirmation from EE?

What colour and storage size did you upgrade to?
If for some reason the order tracker doesn't work, you can get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 07953 966 150 from any phone and ask for an update, or you can chat with them live on the above link. Click 'Start Conversation'.
DPD will text and email you before 11am on the day of delivery with your time slot.

128gb and I'm not sure what colour, don't remember being asked that!!

Thank you for the advice. I followed the link above, chatted with a member of the team and it turns out that my phone is out for delivery now!
