Welcome to the community,
You have already joined the community, but if you are wanting to shop for either a sim only contract or a one with a phone, you will have to log out and order your product, in order to become a customer.

What product are you trying to order?
If you are wanting an EE mobile phone or SIM contract, logout of your MyEE before going to the EE Shop. It expects you to already have an EE mobile phone or SIM contract.
