Upgrade delivery not turned up

I upgraded my phone on the 13th October and I haven’t heard anything about it since and i was wondering when I would get it ?

You have not written what phone, colour or storage size.

You will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery.

If you have checked your junk/spam folder as well as your inbox, and are worried, ring customer service, they should be able to let you know, we would not have any idea, this is not customer service and there is no access to accounts.
