Every time I try to add a TV to my basket it says there was a problem and to try later.

I have the same issue. Calling EE and doing it over the phone is the way forward.

Are you able to try using an alternative browser to add this, such as Chrome or Firefox?
If you're still experiencing issues adding a TV to your basket, I'd recommend getting in touch to speak with a guide to have this checked further.
