Every time I try to add a TV to my basket it says there was a problem and to try later.

I have the same issue. Calling EE and doing it over the phone is the way forward.

Are you able to try using an alternative browser to add this, such as Chrome or Firefox?
If you're still experiencing issues adding a TV to your basket, I'd recommend getting in touch to speak with a guide to have this checked further.

I tried that it still doesn’t work for them my card says failed with right details and the right amount on the card

If the message was that the card failed, have you been able to try checking out with another card? Have you been able to try checking out using another browser and a different device to see if that clears any issues?
